Synopsis
Empowered Women
It follows the life-changing journeys of five extraordinary women from the participating countries of MsMA 2023. The film explores how the competition transforms their lives, giving them a platform to advocate for women’s empowerment and the importance of women in society. Interwoven with their stories are the powerful love stories that celebrate the resilience and strength of women in Asia. The film also emphasizes the importance of a mother’s role in building and nurturing a family and promotes the value of youth rejuvenation and living a high-quality life.
1. Alina (Indonesia) – A single mother who works tirelessly to support her family. She joins the MsMA competition to find a voice for herself and inspire women in her community. Through the competition, Alina discovers her passion for advocating for women’s rights and the importance of a mother’s role in society.
2. Xu (China) – A young entrepreneur in the fashion industry, who struggles to balance her career with her traditional family’s expectations. She enters the MsMA competition to break free from societal norms and explore her identity. Xu’s journey in the competition leads her to find love and ultimately redefine the meaning of success.
3. Nga (Vietnam) – A typical office lady, Priya came to know about the competition as her boss is part of the marketing team. She is inspired to use the MsMA platform to share her story and empower other women. Through the competition, she meets her true love and together they work to create a lasting impact in their community, advocating for women’s rights and the power of love to heal and unite.
4. Thari (Thai) – Thari, an ex Pageant Queen, joins the MsMA competition to gain renewed confidence and recognition. The competition brings her love and friendship, and she uses her newfound voice to advocate for the importance of women in the charity and the value they bring to society.

Angel (Philippines) – A passionate environmentalist and overseas foreign worker, Angel enters the MsMA competition to raise awareness about the importance of preserving the environment and global warming.
