The Web3.0 environment (through the use of blockchain and NFTs) provides an open and transparent way to conduct voting for the participants and prize winners. 1. What is Friends of Millionaireasia Only (FoMo)?

The FoMo membership platform is probably the only social chat community that verifies the identities of its members, and where profile photos are substantiated.

In the world of social media, many people may not know the true identity of the person they chat with. Members are empowered with the opportunities to chat, learn, share and grow within a safe and transparent environment.

1. What are the types of membership in FoMo?

Individual members will be categorised under Diamond (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, net worth exceeding SGD$30,000,000), Titanium (High Net Worth Individuals, HNWIs, net worth exceeding SGD$1,000,000), Platinum (Professional), Silver and Standard. Their net worth and professional status is verified by the platform.
3. Corporate members will be categorised into Elite, Premium or Basic with a minimum paid up capital of $1,000,000 or $200,000- $1,000,000 and less than $200,000 respectively. Their paid-up capital is verified by the platform.

Every vote counts. When you vote for your selected contestant(s), you are giving her the full support for the competition. It is tangible way of saying “I believe in you and I want you to be successful!”

2. What does it mean when you introduce your friends to vote for your selected contestant(s)?
When you introduce your friends to vote for your selected contestant(s), you are giving her the full support beyond her expectations. It is your endorsement for her that you believe in her and you want her to be the Champion.

3. Will I get to meet my selected contestant(s)?
In the final, MA will organise the Meet and Greet session in Singapore with the finalists (if you possess her Value NFT).

4. Will there be an opportunity that I can earn money?

News Release 6 Amended (Introducer Scheme)

1. Could I earn from introducing participants/ voters to the MsMA 2023 Competition?
Yes, this is one of the best opportunities, for any person, above the age of 18, to earn an income.

2. What is an introducer and how do I earn as an introducer?
It is the Millionaireasia’s way of saying “thank you”, for your introduction and promotional activities, by providing you with a unique opportunity to earn passive income. Simply register through https://app.millionaireasia.com/share-and-earn and enter into the introducer agreement through our platform and share the unique link to invite:
a. Sign-ups: your female family, friends and followers to sign up for this competition. For any introduced contestant who takes part in the competition by clicking the link, the introducer will receive 10% commission from her successful sign-up and personality videos sold by her during the Quarter Final of the competition.
b. Sale of Personality Videos by your family, friends and followers (FFF) to support/ vote for our contestants: If your FFF buy any contestant's personality video through your link during the Quarter Final of the Competition, you will receive 10% of the sales as commission.
c. Sale of Personality Videos by the FFF of your FFF: You will also be entitled to 5% of the sales made by the purchasers / participants introduced by the FFF (who also signed up as an introducer) who bought personality video or entered participation in the Competition.

3. How do I know I am paid accurately?
Each video that is sold comes with a free NFT for the purchaser, which is recorded on the applicable blockchain. Your commission will be verifiable based on the number of NFTs attributed to sales introduced by you.

4. How do I get paid?
Sixty days after the quarter final, Millionaireasia will instruct Stripe Connect (or such other third-party payment service provider as appointed by Millionaireasia at the time) to pay you. The third-party payment service provider may require you to provide them with certain information in order for them to process the payment to you and it may contact you directly via the contact details you have provided to Millionaireasia. All transaction fees shall be borne by the you. If your total commission is less than S$50, you shall be required to either collect your commission in cash from Millionaireasia’s office or provide Millionaireasia with your Singapore bank account for Millionaireasia to transmit your commission directly to you.

5. How much would I be able to earn as an introducer?
As an example - within 10 minutes effort and a good network of influence, if you have 100 families, friends and follower in your area of influence, and 10% sign up and sold a minimum of 1,000 videos (for them to participate in the semi-final, your total earned income is 10% of 100 0f 1,000 of $10 = $100,000. This example is purely for illustration only.

6. Is there a limit to the introduction fees?
You may only be entitled to earn introduction fees for (a) participants introduced by you and the videos that they sell and (b) sale of videos and participants introduced by the participants and purchasers in (a). This is strictly not a multi-tier system so you will not be entitled to introduction fees beyond (b). However, there is no limit to the number of activities you may introduce via (a) and/or (b).

8. When would I be paid the introduction fees? You will be paid 60 days after the close of quarter final.

News Release 7 Amended (Competition Flowchart)

Competition mechanics

1. Tell me more about the registration process.
a. To participate in the Competition, you may go to https://app.millionaireasia.com/campaign-instruction/10. Applicants are required to submit a valid application form (to register in the Millionaireasia NFT platform) and registration fees of Singapore Dollar $100 (waived for the first 1,000 participants).
b. Subsequently, you are required to verify your identity with the platform, submit a profile photo and 1-minute video highlighting your personality, by 21 May 2023.
c. At the discretion of the Organiser, the registration period may be extended.
d. Scan the QR code to sign up for MsMA 2023.

2. Tell me more about the quarter final.
a. During the period of the Quarter-Finals, contestants will compete to obtain votes via the sales of the Personality Video (during the period from 15 March to 21 Jun 2023 or after the submission and approval of the participant’s picture and video, whichever is earlier).
b. Each sale of any participant’s unique Personality video (@Singapore Dollar $10) represents a vote for that contestant, but any video purchased and owned personally by any contestant shall not constitute a valid vote.
c. Contestants with at least 1,000 votes will qualify for the Semi-Finals.
d. MA will send an email for her to upload her profile photo & a 2-minute Idea video to the platform to prepare for the Semi Final by 22 Jun 2023.

3. Tell me more about the semi-final.
a. During the period of the Semi-Finals, Semi-Finalists will compete to obtain as many votes as possible via the sales of the Idea Video (during the period from 24 May to 9 Aug 2023).
b. Each sale of any participant’s unique Idea video (@Singapore Dollar $20) represents a vote for that contestant, but any video purchased and owned personally by any contestant shall not constitute a valid vote.
c. The top twenty contestants (with a minimum of 2,000 votes) will qualify for the Finals.
d. In the event of a tie, the contestant who achieves the vote count earlier in time shall prevail.
e. In addition to the top twenty contestants (with a minimum of 2,000 votes), MA will also select at random 5 Semi-Finalists with at least 2,000 votes to take part in the Finals. Full details of this draw will be published on MA’s website at a later date.
f. Successful contestants will be notified by email and are required to submit their profile photo & Value Video to Millionaireasia by 10 Aug 2023.

4. Do I need to attend the Final in person?
All Finalists are required to attend the Finals in-person and need to arrive in Singapore by no later than 22 Sep 2023 to attend to various pre-Finals preparations as may be arranged by MA. Any late attendance or absence may result in disqualification and MA reserves the right to replace any disqualified participants.

5. Tell me more about the Final.
a. During the period of the Finals, contestants will compete to obtain as many votes as possible via the sales of the Value Video (during the period from 11 Aug to 28 Sep 2023).
b. Each sale of any participant’s unique Value video (@Singapore Dollar $30) represents a vote for that contestant, but any video purchased and owned personally by any contestant shall not constitute a valid vote.
c. In the event of a tie, the contestant who achieves the vote count earlier in time shall prevail.
d. The top 3 contestants (with a minimum of 3,000 votes) shall be entitled to the following prizes:
ii. Champion: S$1 million (S$200,000 cash prize plus S$800,000 worth of a 10-month exclusive contract with Millionaireasia).
iii. 2nd position: S$50,000 cash prize
iv. 3rd position: S$25,000 cash prize
e. The result will be announced on 01 Oct 2023, at the Grand Celebration in Phuket.
